Chad Rollins founded Rollins Apparel in 2016 to provide schools, teams, churches and community groups with the quality branded apparel they need, without hassle and always with a smile. Rollins got into the apparel business after working with his father running marketing for Lake Swan Camp out of Melrose, FL. He recognized the significant challenges of working directly with distributors when he needed merchandise like shirts and hats for the campers. That’s when the lightbulb moment happened. With his charismatic personality, attention to detail and love of sales, Chad knew he could deliver exceptional products with customer service that left an impact.
With a previous career in the ministry, Rollins understood the specific needs of churches, religious groups, and camps and knew he could be a trusted partner. That’s when he tapped his rolodex and started offering screen printing & embroidery services along with promotional products for Youth Camp, Baptism and everything in between.
Since then, the business has expanded to service a diverse clientele across North Central Florida including schools, teams, community groups and local businesses. In fact, the business grew so much that in 2025 Rollins became part of the Star Print family of brands. This partnership has upheld the quality and product standards Rollins requires, while giving him more time with his customers and to focus on the incredible relationships he has built. All production is now out of the Star proprietary facility in West Nyack, NY, while Rollins remains located in Gainesville, FL.
